By booking services with NuPegasus Quick Haul, you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered
NuPegasus Quick Haul provides:

Moving & Hauling (Pickup or Box Truck)

Mattress Cleaning

Lawn Care

In-Home Assessments (Plumbing, Electrical, Sump Pump)

Services are available within Saskatoon and surrounding areas. Custom quotes may apply for long-distance or complex jobs.

2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment is due upon service completion.

We accept cash or card only. No e-transfers accepted.

Prices may vary based on load size, labor required, or difficulty of access.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is permitted with notice and subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to driveways, hallways, and entrances.

Accurately describe load type, size, or site conditions when booking.

Pack and wrap all items securely unless pre-arranged packing services have been included.

5. Liability & Damage
NuPegasus is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or improperly packed items.

Reasonable care is taken during service, but we are not liable for damage during moving, transport, or steam cleaning unless gross negligence is proven.

6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:

The job is unsafe or inaccessible

Items exceed equipment limits

Customers engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
